At The Biz-E Group, we were founded with one mission: to eliminate the busy work that burdens business owners every day. Chris Chaney
Biz-E Group CEO
Chris is a business expert with two decades of multi-industry experience, focused on innovating the small business model for the future. He has served in roles ranging from entrepreneur to operations director to financial controller—often filling the gaps in between. His mission is to eliminate the need for business owners to wear multiple hats, so they can get back to doing what they love.
Taylor Chaney
Biz-E Group HR Specialist
Taylor has spent most of her career in high-level and executive leadership roles, where she thrives on helping others and making sure operations run smoothly. She holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from California Baptist University and a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification. Her goal is to help make every business both compliant and enjoyable to run.
Seth Devey
Biz-E Group Brand Specialist
With over a decade of executive experience, Seth has led companies across solar, pest control, and hospitality, including serving as CEO of two high-growth startups and CMO of a golf resort. His deep expertise in branding, marketing, sales, and M&A strategy makes him a powerhouse for startups and growing businesses. At Biz-E Group, he brings a sharp eye for scaling operations and positioning brands to win.

Consulting
A monthly 1-hour session where we provide tailored advice and tools to help improve operations in key areas such as human resource, finance, and management systems.
Fractional Executives
For those who prefer a more hands-off approach, we take over key operational processes on a contractual basis—such as managing QuickBooks, payroll, CRM administration, or others—while continuing to implement resources and maintain an active presence within the business as a trusted partner.
